This Mediterranean style 4BR villa offers lots of privacy and is located in the very exclusive, secure community of L'Anse aux Acajoux in the heart of the Terres Basses, which is shared among only 6 villas. Escapade offers exceptional views of Simpson Bay, the sparkling Caribbean Sea and the islands of Saba, St Eustatius and St. Kitts.
While its location and exposure make the best use of the refreshing trade winds during the day, its unique tropical garden steals the show at night. The residence enjoys the use of a shared marina and tennis court. Can be rented as a 2-3 or 4 bedroom villa.
The large living area includes four different sections: a large dining area, a comfortable sitting area with Satellite TV and DVD player, a bridge table, and a casual sitting area with panoramic views.
The modern, well equipped kitchen features a pool-side bar and water views. It connects to a lovely breakfast/dinner area opening onto the tropical garden.
The four spacious bedrooms are comprised of the following... Three of the bedrooms in the main house open directly on the pool. The master bedroom features a king bed and a large bathroom with enclosed garden and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has twin beds (convertible into king), with ensuite bathroom featuring a smaller garden and walk-in closet. The third bedroom has twin beds (convertible into king), with ensuite bathroom and expansive views. The fourth bedroom is located below the main floor, and accessible via an exterior staircase. It has a large bathroom and a private balcony with superb lagoon views. Each bedroom has a very large private shower and bath, A/C and ceiling fans. The villa can be rented at a 2, 3 or 4 bedroom rate.

MYBA ST MAARTEN CHARTER SHOW 2009 : Trades Association (SMMTA), will from now on be known as the MYBA St. Maarten Charter Show. This year's show will take place in Sint Maarten from 6-9 December 2008 inclusive. This acquisition will allow MYBA to offer charter brokers a winter charter show, run specifically with their best interests in mind, as well as those of their fleets, owners, captains and crews.
Both organizations are committed to bringing the same standards and quality which has become synonymous with the MYBA sister show in Genoa while at the same time preserving the Caribbean flair and excitement of Sint Maarten.
Right from its opening ceremony on the 16th, the mood will be glowing. There will be queen and teen shows to set the tempo afloat. There is loads of skin on display and the best is crowned the queen in different age groups. That is just the start. The
22nd and 23rd are days meant for youthful brashness. They will dance and carouse and have the entire stage set for them to call the shots. It is only on 24th that girls invade and how! Then the show will take a breather and get a bit sedate till 28th. Then it returns with full swing and a sea of floating bodies in all colors. J’ouvert shows are meant to be just that. And they drive you crazy. .
30th and 1st are slated for Grand parade and Labors Day Parade. There will be ear splitting music and lots of dance on and off the streets. Final two days are what define the carnival.
On Saturday the 2nd, Soca will be soaking the entire St. Maarten in its deafening sounds. The socaphiles have their own of enjoying the nights. The flourishing attendance will have no moment of boredom as they negotiate the carnival.
The final day (4th May) will takes the cake with lovers’ celebration expected in full speed. There will be lots of kissing seen as proposals bounce from one end to other. The feeling will take long to sink in.
