Looking for a spacious villa in the preferred location of Terres Basses but don’t want to break the bank? Voila! Villa La Josephine is located in the private residential community of the prestigious French Lowlands, the “Beverly Hills” of St Martin. It offers lovely views over the pristine Baie Longue Beach and the sea beyond which will leave you mesmerized. It is a sprawling 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom home surrounded by tropical gardens which will set the stage for a serene experience.
The classic Caribbean-style villa has been designed so each of the buildings offers its own sense of privacy while still being connected by terraces. The center of the villa is the large, partially covered infinity-edge pool that mimics the form of the villa. The covered terrace features a comfortable dining area, plenty of sunbathing chairs, a barbecue area, and lovely lounging seated area. A jacuzzi has been added, the pool has been refreshed (2024) with new paint, and small upgrades have been made in all bedrooms.
The large, air-conditioned living room will entertain with its soft furniture and Smart TV and music system. Just around the corner is the very large gourmet kitchen. There is a secondary seating area for intimate meals when the group is smaller.
La Josephine has six bedrooms but is capable of accommodating 14 guests. There are 5 king-sized beds and two full-size beds in one of the bedrooms. The 6th bedroom is located in its own cottage and offers a small kitchen and intimate living room for those needing a little more privacy from the rest of their group. This villa is perfect for a group getaway or a family gathering and is located close to the action of Cupecoy and Maho beyond.
