The grand living room opens onto extensive covered terraces and a magnificent free-form pool just steps from your own private beach on Simpson Bay lagoon.
This fully air-conditioned villa has a sophisticated blend of modern, colonial and tropical style furnishings. It is also offers the perfect setting for the "wedding of a lifetime", or any other special event with seating of up to 80 guests, or 200 standing... additional rate applies. Catering and event planning are also available.
The four bedrooms with King beds open onto the terraces, another fifth bedroom has a king bed, and the sixth bedroom has twin beds. All windows are fully screened to allow the fresh tropical breezes in should you prefer that over air-conditioning. Each bedroom enjoys it's own TV & DVD player as well as a private bathroom with shower.
The very spacious and fully equipped kitchen offers a view on the pool and the lagoon. An outdoor dining area is located in the gazebo adjacent to the pool and the beach, and is equipped with a gas grill.
There is an anti-mosquito system in house/gardens, and a generator for emergencies.
A Wine cooler and Pool toys are available.

MYBA ST MAARTEN CHARTER SHOW 2009 : Trades Association (SMMTA), will from now on be known as the MYBA St. Maarten Charter Show. This year's show will take place in Sint Maarten from 6-9 December 2008 inclusive. This acquisition will allow MYBA to offer charter brokers a winter charter show, run specifically with their best interests in mind, as well as those of their fleets, owners, captains and crews.
Both organizations are committed to bringing the same standards and quality which has become synonymous with the MYBA sister show in Genoa while at the same time preserving the Caribbean flair and excitement of Sint Maarten.
Right from its opening ceremony on the 16th, the mood will be glowing. There will be queen and teen shows to set the tempo afloat. There is loads of skin on display and the best is crowned the queen in different age groups. That is just the start. The
22nd and 23rd are days meant for youthful brashness. They will dance and carouse and have the entire stage set for them to call the shots. It is only on 24th that girls invade and how! Then the show will take a breather and get a bit sedate till 28th. Then it returns with full swing and a sea of floating bodies in all colors. J’ouvert shows are meant to be just that. And they drive you crazy. .
30th and 1st are slated for Grand parade and Labors Day Parade. There will be ear splitting music and lots of dance on and off the streets. Final two days are what define the carnival.
On Saturday the 2nd, Soca will be soaking the entire St. Maarten in its deafening sounds. The socaphiles have their own of enjoying the nights. The flourishing attendance will have no moment of boredom as they negotiate the carnival.
The final day (4th May) will takes the cake with lovers’ celebration expected in full speed. There will be lots of kissing seen as proposals bounce from one end to other. The feeling will take long to sink in.
