Villa Ocean View, part of the gated Green Cay development in Orient Bay, is nestled in beautiful tropical gardens and offers wonderful views of Orient Bay. This charming 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath, fully air-conditioned home has just completed a total makeover in 2020 and has a modern kitchen and bathrooms, fresh paint and fabrics through out, new bedroom furnishings and decor.
The villa consists of a central main building with a spacious living room which opens to a covered terrace for "alfresco" dining, a powder room, and a fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances. One of the bedrooms is accessed from the kitchen area. This bedroom has access to another lower level bedroom so it would work for children or couples. The 3rd bedroom is on the other side of the villa and has separate access.
All bedrooms have king beds, TVs, and en suite bathrooms with walk-in showers.
The pool was resurfaced in stone and now features a cascading water fall. The large terrace offers plush chaise lounge chairs for sun bathing.
Orient Bay is the home of famous Orient Beach, the "St Tropez" of the Caribbean and is a 1.3 mile stretch of soft white sand and is lined with restaurants, bars, watersport facilities and plenty of people watching. The quaint village square comes alive at night and offers plenty of great dining in a lovely atmosphere. There is also a small deli, pizza parlor, and ice cream parlor and lots of small boutiques for shopping. For major grocery shopping there are 2 large super markets jut 5 minutes drive form Orient Bay in Grand Case.
