Absolutely Incredible		As I planned to book my return trip to St. Maarten I realized I had not written my review for last year's stay at Villa Victoriia! WOW! What an incredible view from such a fantastic place! It was absolutely perfect for our stay! We were escorted to the villa which was a great thing since the drive up the hill was pretty amazing! We originally only planned to stay the 5 nights prior to our check in to our Timeshare in Maho, but decided to stay the full week since this place was so beautiful! Everything from the moment you walk in & experience that gorgeous view just beckons you to stay! The only unfortunate issue was the Wi-Fi connection was down due to the hurricane 2-3 weeks earlier, however we were provided with a Wi-Fi Hot Spot so that we were able to get a signal, although it was a bit sporadic. We thoroughly enjoyed cooking & grilling at the poolside barbecue with cocktails during a beautiful sunset! Everything tastes better on vacation! The awesome breezes were so comfortable we never needed to use the air conditioner. The villa was excellently stocked with everything you could want! The housekeeper was a gem with a beautiful smile and the attitude that made you feel like you've known her forever! We truly look forward to retuning to Villa Victoria! The perfect Villa!		By virtue of it's location, magnificent views are a given! Well maintained, clean, nicely appointed and worth every penny! The housekeeper was amazing, always friendly and very good at what she did! Ample everything including nicer towels, linens, dishes, stemware, etc. compared to some places we've rented in the past. The kitchen is gourmet and the pool bar is easily stocked! The pool is beautiful, and this property proved less windy because of it's positioning than some that overlook the pond more directly. The position of the pool means that by about 4:00 in the afternoon it was shaded because of the positioning of the sun by that time. Comfy and clean rooms, nice beds, beautiful bathrooms and a washer and dryer on the premises. Very safe area, not any issues the two weeks we were there, felt very secure. "Villa Victoria! is a Victory!"		First time using flipkey--3rd time to St.Martin! We loved this Villa! The kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, pool, all very clean and in excellent condition. The views from the villa are stellar! The housegirl, Ivory was great. And it's safe!! We are hoping to go back at the 1st part of 2014! Cheers! "Fabulous vacation at Villa Victoria"		We spent and amazing week at this villa and it really was stunning. It has amazing views and the villa is beautiful and well appointed. The pool area is very private and angled for a perfect amount of sun. It is right on the border of the French and Dutch sides so we were able to explore both easily. It is close to a variety of restaurants to fit your mood or we hit the market a few times and cooked in the villa or grilled by the pool. Because it is so high up the ride up and down could get a little hectic but my husband drove so it was fine. I would have been too nervous mostly because we had a small child with us.
