This spacious 5,000 square foot, fully air-conditioned luxury villa is the ideal vacation destination offering panoramic ocean views of Orient Bay, the "St Tropez of the Caribbean", a large infinity edge pool overlooking the ocean, expansive outdoor spaces, and large terraces - both sunny and shaded.

This gorgeous new villa St Martin with a contemporary edge is spacious, bright, comfortable, and full of every convenience needed for a spectacular vacation.   Complete with a large open split floor plan including a spacious living and dining room and amazingly equipped gourmet kitchen. 

The villa offers 4 equal master suites, all with king beds and en-suite bathrooms, two of which have indoor and outdoor showers. They are each beautifully decorated with their own color schemes and are all accessed either from the living area, or through private exterior access. Each master suite includes a flat screen TV. All master suites have an en-suite bath and two include tub and shower while two offer just showers. Daily maid service is included (except Sundays & Holidays).

Orient Beach, just a 4 minute drive down the hill, is a fun filled 1.3 miles of soft white sand and offers around 18 restaurants and is lined with beach bars and water sports kiosks. 

This beach has been voted the best in the Caribbean by Conde Nast Travel magazine and is a destination in itself.  Grand Case, the "gourmet capitol" of the island is a 10 minute drive and one of the newest and nicest grocery stores on the island is just a 4 minute drive.

Please note that Hope Belle Vue's sister villa, Hope Estate, is located on an adjacent lot and offers the exact same floor plan and ammenities making this a wonderful option for  groups needing up to 8 bedrooms.
