You've discovered affordable luxury on the "Gold Coast" of St Maarten... Villa Luna is a beautiful, fully air-conditioned vacation villa rental located in the oceanfront gated community of Shore Pointe, and is just steps from Cupecoy Beach.  As you drive through the guard gated entrance into Shore Pointe is when you first realize you've made an excellent choice!

Villa Luna is a fully air-conditioned villa with 3 spacious interior-access bedrooms with en-suite baths,and a large open-concept living room/dining room/kitchen area. This beautifully furnished villa is located just steps from Cupecoy Beach and within a 1-5 minute drive of 4 more incredible beaches.

From the parking area there is a set of stairs up to the bottom of 3 floors that comprise Villa Luna – but don’t worry, there’s that elevator :

On the first floor you’ll find 2 almost-identical bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, flat screen TVs, and access to a small lower terrace (perfect for a quiet morning coffee). The second floor is completely open with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, and large living room. There is access to a terrace from this level as well – where you’ll find a BBQ and a comfortable outdoor seating area. The third level offers access to the master bedroom with sea views and a roof top plunge pool complete with lounge chairs for your relaxing pleasure. The pool deck is the perfect spot to take in sunsets and moonrises – hence the name “Villa Luna”.

The living room offers contemporary décor, a large screen plasma TV, DVD, Satellite, CD/Tape, air conditioning and ceiling fan. All bedrooms have king size beds, very large private shower baths, Plasma TV & DVD, air conditioning and ceiling fans.

The location of Villa Luna is perfect for every type of guest.  Within a 5 minute walk (basically across the street) you’ll find Porto Cupecoy complete with gourmet grocery store, a great coffee and pastry shop, and some terrific restaurants. Within 3 minute drive you’ll find the Atlantis Casino again with some terrific restaurants. And, as mentioned above, within a 5 minute drive you will find Mullet Bay Beach, Plum Bay Beach, Long Bay Beach, and Baie Rouge.

The villa includes one parking spot by the front entrance and additional vehicles can park just around the corner. The villa no longer features an elevator and requires walking the stairs between the three level..

Additional Guest Policy:  If all available bedrooms in the villa have been booked, up to 2 additional persons are allowed at $40 (+ cost of additional bed rental + tax/svc) per person per night in addition to the weekly rates.   

Child Policy:  Upon approval 1 child up to 2 years old may share parents’ bedroom at $20/night which includes a crib with linens.  Additional guest policy above applies for children over 2 years of age.

Pet Policy:  Pets allowed upon request with additional security deposit.

PLEASE NOTE: This villa requires a $1,000 security deposit with each booking.  This is either satisfied by a refundable cash deposit that will be held up to 14 days after guest departure from the villa, or a signed security guarantee form including a MasterCard or Visa number (AmEx not accepted).  The card will be preauthorized for $1,000 on the day of your arrival and will be counted against your card limit until the authorization expires.  For stays during the SXM Music Festival, which typically is held mid-March, the security amount required will be $3,000, no exceptions. **Holiday Policy: If both Christmas and New Years are included the travel dates, a 14 night minimum is required!  Christmas may be booked at a 7 night minimum with check out by Dec 29th latest.  New Year’s may be booked with a 10 night minimum (at holiday rate) with Dec 26th earliest check in date.
