Grand Calypso is a fully air-conditioned 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo located directly on a gorgeous, sugar soft sandy beach, has stunning sunset views, and a very comfortable floor plan with modern design and Caribbean flare! It is surrounded by a plethora of restaurants and boutiques in the oh so charming village of Grand Case. You’ll walk in a say wow... just wow!
The Grand Calypso is located on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the Calypso Residence, a boutique community of only three units, and has an exclusive elevator leading directly to the apartment entrance. Grand Calypso is a 2 story unit with an interior stairway leading to its 2nd floor. The main level opens to a furnished wrap-around balcony that extends the length of the unit and looks down to the sand, and a 2nd balcony that overlooks Grand Case Boulevard.
The main floor consists of a cozy living and dining area, modern kitchen with large bar, and 1 of the 3 bedrooms and its ensuite bath. The 2nd floor offers another charming loft sitting room and a bedroom on each side of the sitting area. All 3 bedrooms offer an ensuite bath and king bed. The is another balcony off of the upstairs bedrooms as well. All bedrooms have wonderful ocean and beach views.
Guests enjoy direct access to the beach from the ground floor. And almost best of all... Breakfast and beach chairs are included! This is a no brainer!!! So if you like being located where a car isn’t absolutely necessary, yet want to be close to just about anything you’d want on vacation, this is it! Stay right in the heart of Grand Case, affectionately known as "The Gourmet Capitol" of the island. This charming "fishing village" is now lined with everything from high end Michelin Rated fine dining to local BBQ called the "Lolos" (best $6 slab of baby back ribs on the planet!) It has lovely little boutiques and galleries scattered along the road as well. The hardest part about your vacation will be deciding which fabulous restaurant to try!
