Located directly on one of Sint Maarten’s most popular, 1.3 mile stretch of soft white sandy beach, this luxurious ground floor studio guest house has everything you need for your relaxing Caribbean vacation.
Colony Manor guest Cottage II offers a queen sized bed with the softest linens known to man in addition to an interior seating area and an outside patio table with umbrella. In addition, a nice desk area is also available. Cooks need not be disappointed by a simple kitchenette that most studios come with, rather, this studio is fully equipped with a lovely fully equipped kitchen including a full size gas stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, reverse osmosis water system for drinking water, and Keurig coffee maker. It has a large walk in closet, equipped with a safe, linen storage, along with a luxurious bath with a fully enclosed glass shower.
This studio was finished after Hurricane Irma and has very modern amenities including LED lighting, air conditioning, ceiling fans, high speed internet access and DISH LED Television are included. Access to the ground level laundry room and a full outside bathhouse is included, as well as private access to the magnificent Simpson Bay Beach. All windows have rolling shutters, and the Guest House is fully alarmed with your own keypad panel along with a video intercom and doorbell. Parking for one car available inside the gated drive. Full automatic generator backup is included along with regular maid service.
