Talk about beachfront!! Welcome to SiView, a charming, totally refurbished condo located as close to Orient Beach as you can get! This sweet 2 bedroom retreat is smack dab in the middle of beautiful fun filled Orient Bay! This comfortable, well-furnished and appointed condo is conveniently located an east 260 yard walk to “Le Place”, the quaint village square and it’s plethora of culinary delights, and literally steps to the soft white sand of beautiful Orient Beach and just behind the new WAI Plage restaurant.
This fully air-conditioned home is a ground floor (no stairs!) corner unit that opens directly to the newly refurbished community pool. It has a lovely faux-grass yard that goes the length of each side of the unit and it offers a furnished covered patio which opens to yard with access to the pool.
SiView has a bright and cozy open floor plan with a living and dining area and new modern kitchen with breakfast bar. It also has a sofa bed, a table with seating for 6 people, a smart TV with pay per view channels, and WIFI internet. The new Euro style modern kitchen offers a stove with oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and all the dishes, pots and pans you’ll need to make lovely meals.
The bedrooms offer King size beds with ensuite bathrooms, safe, and air conditioning. SiView is so close to the beach that when sitting on your terrace you will be lulled to the music of the wind in the palm trees or the song of the waves. It is perfect for 1 or 2 couples or a small family.
PLEASE NOTE: That beach chairs & umbrellas are not included with this rental, however, as a courtesy to vacation rental guests, Bikini Beach Restaurant & Bar will charge for them, and then deduct the rental cost of these items from your tab (food and drink) at the end of the day. Other beach bars may offer free chairs when dining or drinking at their establishment.
A limited amount of paper products and soaps (toilet paper, Kleenex, hand soap, dish soap, etc) will be provided for your arrival, but will not be replenished during your stay, therefore, it is up to the guest to supply these products for themselves after they run out. If the unit does not have a land line or VOIP telephone, a cell phone with rechargeable SIM card may be provided upon request. And lastly, Wi-Fi is free but not guaranteed. Again, these amenities and inclusions are provided as a courtesy and are not part of the rental fee. All are subject to change without notice. Seasonings and oils are not provided by the owner.

1) That neither beach chairs nor umbrellas are included with this rental, however, they are available to rent at Kontiki, Bikini Beach, and KKO beachfront restaurants. Depending on the supply and demand at your time of travel, they might, if negotiated prior to seating, deduct the cost of the chairs from your tab if having lunch and drinks. This is not guaranteed... but It never hurts to ask!
