The Cliff at Cupecoy Beach is nestled on the shore of St. Maarten’s beautiful “Gold Coast”.  This gated luxury condominium community offers unobstructed ocean views from every private balcony from every unit. It offers guests a full range of amenities including an indoor and outdoor pool, lovely spa (currently waiting for new management), large gym, onsite café (currently waiting for new manager), tennis court (to be resurfaced), and stairway access to a small picturesque beach down below the cliff.  Just down the road is gorgeous Mullet Bay beach, the golf course, and several great restaurants, and grocery.  The Cliff is a much better alternative to a St. Maarten Hotel room, it’s like renting your own St. Maarten vacation villa on the beach, but with total security.

 

Shangri-la is a very spacious, beautifully appointed, fully air-conditioned 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo on the 5th floor with elevator access. The open floor plan offers a comfortable living room and dining area, both of which are open to the fully equipped American style kitchen with granite counter tops and high-end stainless steel appliances.  There are stunning ocean views from all of these rooms and open to a furnished patio that runs the length of the unit.
