The very charming, affordable yet modern Villa Point of View is nestled onto top of the highest hill in Orient Bay Village – right by the upper gate - where guests enjoy breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea, Orient Bay and St Barths! This lovely, cozy villa is very comfortable and oh, so relaxing! It offers modern finishes and calming neutral colors, and best of all, a wonderful multi-level, partially covered terrace with private pool and stunning views and cool breezes! You’ll be hard pressed to want to go inside!
If you do go inside, however, Point of View is fully air-conditioned for your comfort. It and can accommodate 6 people in 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with king bed and 1 bedroom with queen bed). The 2 bedrooms on the main level just off the living area share a bathroom, while the 3rd bedroom is upstairs and has an ensuite bathroom and private balcony.
The living area opens to a covered deck with alfresco dining, and has comfy furnishings and a Smart TV with a very modern kitchen which opens to the living room. The Euro kitchen is compact but very well equipped with full size fridge, blender, coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, micro wave, oven, stove, toaster, and of course all the pots, pans and dishes you’ll need.
Point of View enjoys easy access to all amenities La Place du Village has to offer including many very fine or casual restaurants and bars as well as shops (small boutiques, tobacco shop, press, hairdresser, caterer, mini-market, etc.). A 4 minute drive gets you to the Hope Estate commercial area for shops and services, and a large grocery store. Ideally located, you will be able to enjoy a quiet, relaxing vacation with tons of great amenities nearby, and it won’t break the bank!
