St. Martin is once again preparing to dazzle food lovers from around the globe as the 5th edition of the Gastronomy Festival returns from November 15th to 24th, 2025. Organized by the Saint-Martin Tourism Office, this year's festival promises to be the most ambitious and dynamic yet, celebrating culinary creativity, international flair, and the island’s deep-rooted gastronomic heritage.

A Festival with International Flavor

Already, several internationally recognized chefs have confirmed their attendance, including representatives from Togo, Spain, Guadeloupe, Canada, and the United States. The event will once again include the signature “Four-Hands Dinners,” where local chefs collaborate with guest chefs to create exclusive dining experiences throughout the island. These one-night-only meals blend global techniques with local ingredients, offering a truly unique taste of St. Martin’s culinary scene.
