Located on the shores of Pelican Key on Dutch Sint Maarten, the Witenblauw vacation rental home is truly a vacationer’s dream. Offering one of the largest beachfront terraces on the island with resort style pool and a huge jacuzzi!

You'll really know it's all about fun when you belly up to the terrace bar. It is well stocked and has a huge fridge, sink, and all the equipment you'll need to make that refreshing cocktail to watch the sun set in the horizon. Not to worry, there are plenty of chaise lounge chairs, umbrellas, and hammocks for the entire crew to relax in the Caribbean sun and watch the many beautiful sail boats that drift by. The terrace steps down to a gate that opens to the sand of the beach.

The main structure includes a huge living and dining area with open floor plan kitchen concept complete with plenty of plush furnishings and large screen TV. There are 3 equal bedrooms with ensuite baths, all of which have king beds and are accessed from the interior. 2 are downstairs on either side of the living room and 1 is upstairs. There is also a bonus room with twin bed just off the living room which has use of the powder room. There is a 4th "cottage" bedroom with king bed and ensuite bath located just behind the main house with separate exterior entrance.

The 5th and 6th bedrooms are bungalows located on either side of the freeform pool with a bridge that connects them. These equal bedrooms with king beds and ensuite baths each have an anterior room (with sliding door for privacy) that have a set of bunk beds for the kids.

All 6 bedrooms are air-conditioned, have TVs with US Satellite channels, ceiling fans, and ensuite bathrooms. There are extra adjoining bedrooms with bunk beds for kids. All in all the villa can sleep up to 12 adults and 5 children. The perfect family reunion destination!!
