Sea Breeze (formerly Figueira) is a lovely 3 bedroom luxury condo at the new Porto Cupecoy Marina complex in Dutch St Maarten, just south of the French border.  Located on the southwestern end of Simpson Bay lagoon and just across the street from Cupecoy Beach, Porto Cupecoy is a  development of 17 buildings inspired by Mediterranean architecture and offers a new and unique ambiance for St Martin.


Comfortable and stylish with a beautiful view overlooking the pool area and marina of Porto Cupecoy, the apartment is air-conditioned throughout and has a spacious living room with elegant furniture and dining area with seating for 6. There is satellite TV, internet and a European-style kitchen equipped with Viking and Smeg appliances and a laundry room with washer and dryer.


The 3 bedrooms each have en-suite marble bathrooms. The master bedroom also has a soaking tub and spacious walk-in closet. Bedroom two has a a king bed and bedroom three has 2 full beds.
