Are you 2 couples looking for a lovely, modern, higher-end villa with totally equal bedrooms and lots of privacy? Voila! Look no further! Villa Enjoy is a spacious two bedroom, 2.5 bath waterfront villa nestled directly on the shore of Lagoon De Grand Etang in the prestigious guard gated residential community of Terres Basses.

Completed in 2022, this charming villa is a lovely, peaceful retreat complete with private pool and waterfront deck which extends out over the water’s edge. You will “Enjoy” total privacy, and the peace and quiet this tropical oasis offers.

This new, fully air-conditioned home has an open floor plan with a central lounge area with smart TV and SONOS audio system, and a very well-equipped contemporary kitchen with breakfast bar, a large oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and Nespresso machine. This large room opens to a partially covered, beautifully furnished terrace with more seating and alfresco dining, ceiling fans, a SONOS audio system, and a gas barbecue. The villa also has a lovely salt water infinity edge pool. Follow the path that leads down to the deck or the airconditioned fitness room.

Villa Enjoy was built with 2 couples in mind. The split floor plan provides privacy as each spacious bedroom is separated by the common living area and each has a king bed and their own full private bathroom with 2 sinks, walk-in shower, plus an outdoor shower, a smart TV and a safe inside of the closets. The bed linen provided is Linvosges, a high-quality linen from France.

Whether from the interior or exterior of the villa you can admire the endless views of the lagoon and will appreciate the magic of the place. Enjoy is located in the heart of the sought after French Lowlands and is a very short distance from the magnificent sandy beach of Baie Longue, and is just 10 minutes away driving from Princess Juliana International airport, close to Maho beach, 5 minutes driving from Mullet Bay beach, casinos, spas, and just a 2 minute driving from supermarkets and restaurants.

Guests have use of the laundry room with washer and dryer and a daily refresh cleaning of the villa is included, excluding Sundays and Holidays.
